Your Database must be in fields using Microsoft Excel.
You will not be eligible for a Postal discount if your addresses are not Updated or CASS Certified.
We supply you with CASS certified addresses through our database so that your mail pieces receive the highest eligible postal discount. If you have a database you would like to have certified, your cost would be $26.00 per 1000 addresses with a minimum order of $40.00 plus a $45.00 set up charge.
If you do not have a minimum order of $40.00 you will be charged at least $40.00 to have your database updated in addition to the $45.00 setup charge. The update for your database is only good for 90 days based on the USPS regulations and would need to be re-formatted after the 90 days before another mailing can be sent.
